Maggie Jaffe is the author of six books of poetry. Her two most recent books, 7th Circle and The Prisons , were twice-nominated for the San Diego Book Award for Poetry. She is the publisher of Roque Dalton Redux: An Anthology of Poetry and Prose (2005), Cedar Hill Books. Flic(k)s: Poetic Interrogations of American Cinema is under consideration with Omnidawn Press. She is the recipient of a California Arts Council Grant (1998) and was twice nominated for a Pushcart Prize.
